MITT는 위니펙에 위치한 기술전문대학으로 WTC(Winnipeg Technical College)에서 이름을 변경한 학교입니다, MITT는 마니토바 주정부 이민 정책의 영향으로 1년 단기 프로그램이 많이 진행되는 편이며 마니토바주의 경우 다른 주와 달리 컬리지 1년과정을 졸업 한 후 6개월정도 경력을 쌓고나며 이민을 신청해 볼 수 있다는 장점이 있습니다.
